Presidential Election Concerns
Julianne and Brandon came home in a panic today. "Mom!" they said. "Mom, the kids at school say that if Obama wins we'll have to go to school on Saturdays!" I reassured them. Told them it was just a rumor. By tomorrow it would all be over with. And then with a world weary sigh Julianne said, "Man, I'm so sick of this election stuff." Ah. My sentiments exactly.

Amen! I am sick of ignorant people spouting off about things they don't understand...and smart people clinging to ideas that they's thought through so much that they don't make sense anymore. I feel like your kids though...if Obama wins, I think we'll finally move to Prague...It may be a Socialist state, but at least they've been doing it for decades and have the system down...I'd hate to see the chaos that comes in flipping the U.S. over for these first few years under Obama.
I love it!!! The world will end tomorrow if Obama wins I think. I 100% agree that I am so very sick of all this.
Ooohh Darn! Maybe I should have voted for Obama...I like the idea of school on Saturdays!:) If only the rest of his ideas were as good as that (false) rumor!:) hee! hee! And DITTO....thank goodness it will soon be over. Fingers crossed!:)
