I told you, you should have kept your old vacuum! Sorry to have to deal with the mess, but I might welcome the excuse to not have to vacuum.
OH, that would drive me crazy too. I vacuum every day--one of the few things that is usually clean in my house is my carpets.
Come and borrow my vacuum! I'm sorry it is still broken.
Oh to be in a place in my life where I would miss the vacuum if I didn't use it for three weeks. ;)
