Got the driveway all cleared only to get stuck in all the frozen snow chunks the plow left behind. Took about fifteen minutes of shoveling, pushing and cursing to get Bryan on his way.
Actually, we didn't really curse because Bryan so doesn't do that. If it had been just me stuck in the snow? Well, then maybe. Oh. Should I have admitted that?

Want to know a trick that we learned out here? Doesn't always work, but it does sometimes. Always keep an old towel in your car. When stuck, put it in front of the tire (if going forward) or behind (if going backwards). It gives the tire just a bit of traction that can help get you get going. Sorry about being stuck. I've already been stuck 3 or 4 times. This is with brand new tires too. Stupid hill driveway.
Shoot poor Bryan, i'm glad he got out. But I do think it is super funny that you grabbed the camera and snap a photo of this oh so ruff time.
Good idea Mary, ill have to throw a towel in Mike's car, I got stuck in it the other night!
We had the same problem the other day. A plow had come down the street and left big piles right in front of our house. Luckily I was able to plow over them but I was nervous.
Ahhh...I love a flat driveway.
You'd think the Dalton girls would be used to angled drives! I seem to recall some pretty nervous moments on the ice of your entrance growing up.
As for the potential to words not uttered while in company?...If that's your one vice, I'll take it! I catch myself on some choice sounds now and then myself....luckily, not lately...and not regarding the weather.
You are totally welcome to read my blog so glad you found it on FB!
