One of my very favorite things...a vase full of fresh flowers on my bedside table. I love how they look, I love smelling them as I lay in bed. It just makes me happy. I bought these tulips yesterday. Tulips remind me of spring and Easter. I love tulips. Aren't they pretty? They make me smile every time I walk into my bedroom.

Pretty flowers
One of my very favorite things...a vase full of fresh flowers on my bedside table. I love how they look, I love smelling them as I lay in bed. It just makes me happy. I bought these tulips yesterday. Tulips remind me of spring and Easter. I love tulips. Aren't they pretty? They make me smile every time I walk into my bedroom.

Oh that does look lovely. I'd knock it over when I reached for the alarm clock or the phone or was putting my book down when I was falling asleep. And you give me courage to go buy myself fresh flowers--that's not something Daddy would ever do. He's bought me a potted flower, but fresh flowers seem so foolish to him cost-wise because they just die. I do bring in flowers from our yard during the summer while they are blooming, but I never cut the tulips because they look so pretty in the yard!

On of my favorite bouquets are the pale, pale pink tulips, too.
oh yes, they do look wonderful on your little table. I think I need to do the same. I could use a little cheeriness in my bedroom.
