Project Runway?
I'm kind of at a loss for words to try and explain what was happening here. All I know is that when I came home from taking Rebekah to an audition, Julianne had dressed up Lilian like this. An old Marie Callendars bag makes up her dress with duct tape for a belt. Tinfoil wrapped around cardstock cut to the right shape. Blue cleaning gloves tied on so they wouldn't fall off with little, metal ornament hooks. Talk about repurposing! I swear, it's just like an episode of "Project Runway." :)

That's actually pretty impressive! The bag and belt fit perfectly, and I like the use of silver accents in the belt, mask, and glove-ties. She should keep designing!
